Coventry Youth Camp 2010
It’s that time of year again when the CYFC team start getting excited about our summer youth camp. This year, along with the usual tonnes of fun, games, worship & craziness, we’re going to be exploring the beattitudes throughout the week.
Once again Youth camp is taking place in Oswestry from 23rd to 28th August at a cost of £110 per person (including all food, accomodation and trandsport costs).
There are still several places available, so if you know someone who would benefit from coming along, why not download & print out a flyer to give them.
Don’t miss out!!

Junction7 [up]lift[ed]
Junction7 is a city-wide monthly worship event for Secondary School students. An opportunity to engage with God & fuel faith through spirit filled worship, relevant & thought provoking teaching & cutting edge multimedia. A great chance to eat food, have fun & play some crazy games, but more importantly a space to create a deeper desire and hunger for God in young people. A place to build new friendships and invest in our relationship with God and each other.
Junction7 has been running since March 2009 and takes place on the 4th Sunday of every* month at the Nexus building, 71 Albany road, Coventry, running from 7.30pm until 9.15pm.
The aim is that this event works to complement current church youth ministries across the City and create an atmosphere where young people feel free to engage with God and be equipped to live out a radical Godly lifestyle in front of their peers at home & in school.
It would be great to see you there.

Hoody Week 2010
In recent years, across the UK, we have been sold an image of young people wearing hoodies and causing trouble for local communities.
CYFC believe it’s time to change this image, so we’re encouraging schools & church youth groups to spend one day between July 18th & 25th donning hooded tops and raise tonnes of money for the ongoing work of CYFC.
We would love to encourage your church/school to have a “hoody service/day” where members wear hoodies and give to CYFC. If your church / youth group / school is able to join us, get in touch. You can also visit our website for some creative fundraising ideas or a downloadable sponsorship form.
